Welcome! These are the ground rules for playing Color Pour and any other game released by Stonepool LLC ("Stonepool Studio", "we", "our"). By playing, you agree to what follows.

How you may use our games

Our games are for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't sell them, bundle them, copy them, take them apart, or use them in a commercial product — none of that is allowed without written permission from us.

What we own

Every level, animation, sound, name, and line of code in our games — and everything on this website — is the intellectual property of Stonepool LLC. Downloading a game gives you permission to play it; it does not give you ownership of anything in it.

No promises

We work hard on quality, but our games are supplied "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any sort, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, Stonepool LLC accepts no liability for damages of any kind resulting from your use of — or inability to use — our games.

Which law applies

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We may refresh these terms occasionally. Whatever version appears on this page is the current one, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
